Helicopter Twirls Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Popular California Coast
An aircraft soaring above a popular coastal coastline unexpectedly started spinning wildly, ultimately descending rapidly and smashing into a cluster of palm groves as beachgoers looked on.
Recordings posted online show the helicopter starting to spin above Huntington Beach then plunging towards the edge of the beach, where it becomes wedged among palm groves and a staircase close to the shoreline route.
Emergency Response Update
Local firefighters stated five individuals were transported to a medical facility involving a pair who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” after the crash on that day.
Three people on the pavement were harmed. Specifics on their injuries were not yet released.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.

Authorities indicated the chopper was connected to an annual “Cars N Copters” benefit occasion set for the next day.
